About Us

Pratt Family Practice is a rural health clinic located in Pratt, KS, serving Pratt and the surrounding areas.

Our clinic is a family medicine clinic, meaning we provide care for all stages of life including prenatal/obstetric, pediatric, adult, and geriatric. Preventative wellness medicine is our priority and we provide this through yearly wellness visits throughout the lifespan. At these visits, you can expect your provider’s team to take a complete medical history, perform a complete physical examination and assess overall health status. In addition, we diagnose and treat common acute and chronic health problems and medical conditions.

Our clinic offers 24/7 phone services, with a nurse triage line during business hours and an after-hours on-call provider. We do offer same-day and next-day appointments for urgent visits such as sore throat, ear ache, and other acute illnesses. Our location does not offer emergency medical care.

Your provider may order lab work or imaging. We do offer some in-office laboratory testing for acute conditions, but additional lab services are conveniently offered by Pratt Regional Medical Center’s draw station located within our lobby. Laboratory and imaging orders may also be sent to the facility of the patient's choice. Our office does not provide routine pediatric immunizations, but these can be obtained through local health departments.
