Laura Donnenwerth

Laura Donnenwerth is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Born and raised in Medicine Lodge, Kansas, Laura began her nursing career after graduating from Manhattan Area Technical College with her RN in 2004. She then moved to Pratt, Kansas, where she has served her community as a nurse for nearly 25 years.

In May 2025, Laura completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University, specializing in Psychiatric-Mental Health. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized support, with a particular interest in promoting mental well-being across the lifespan and advocating for the needs of older adults.

Outside of work, Laura treasures time with her husband and their five grown children. She enjoys riding motorcycles, scuba diving, church, and being with friends and extended family. She especially values sharing laughter, building strong connections, and cherishing the simple joys of life.

Laura is also joined in her practice by Kate, a certified therapy dog. This affectionate Australian Shepherd, known for her signature wiggle butt, has a natural gift for putting people at ease. Whether offering a calm presence during sessions or greeting patients with her playful spirit, Kate adds warmth and comfort, helping create a welcoming space for healing and connection.

Christa Titus, DNP is an American Academy of Nurse Practitioners board certified NP. She was born and raised in Iowa, but moved to Kansas to attend Friends University where she received her Bachelors Degrees in Health Science and Christian Spiritual Formation. While attending Friends University, Christa married Parker Titus of Hugoton, KS. She then went on to obtain her accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing from WSU and shortly after finishing she began her Doctorate of Nursing Practice program at WSU. In November 2024, Christa defended her doctoral project Rural Access to Lactation Services and Exclusive Breastfeeding and graduated with her DNP in December 2024. She is passionate about increasing access to healthcare for rural communities and ensuring patients receive evidence-based, quality care. She takes a special interest in preventative medicine and pediatric care.

Christa and her husband, Parker, made the move to Pratt in 2021 when Parker started his career as a teacher and coach at Pratt High School. They have two beautiful and energetic children. In her free time, Christa loves spending time outside with her kids and attending high school sporting events. She hopes that through her practice at PFP she can serve Pratt and the surrounding communities while bringing hope and encouragement to patients to live healthy and abundant lives.
